We are more than happy to continue to email, text, hop on a phone or Zoom call to help you choose between our diverse packages to ensure there is a right fit for you! Even if one specific package doesn’t align, we can always create a custom package that hits all the spots!

Deposit + Next Steps

Woo! We’ve got the perfect package + you’re ready to lock in your date! From here, we will send over all of the booking information. You’ll need to fill out an easy + simple booking form that houses all of your wedding details (or at least what you have so far!), the contract and contact information. After that, we will complete the deposit! Cash, check or card- it will be collected! It goes towards your total and locks you in with the Fipps Fam!

Engagements or Bridals

Yay! The hard part is over! A breath of relief for finding the perfect fit for your media needs! Now, the in between! In between booking and the wedding date, we will likely have a session together! This will either be an engagement session or a bridal! I will send over a few articles will all of the recommendations and inspos! We will chat over your engagement photo dreams and secure your session- so exciting!

Create Timeline

As the wedding day creeps closer, we will help craft a draft shot list/timeline so that you’re able to see what all of the shots we will get on the day of, where we will be, and show how the day could flow! We will collaborate on this, meaning we will ensure that your vision comes to life with a firm foundation. We are here to ensure every moment is smooth + captured! This timeline is typically delivered 1-2 months before the wedding day (when all of the details and timings are usually smoothed out), however, reach out any time you would like one and we will get it crafted and sent!

Wedding Day!

It’s finally here! We will reach out a week before this date just as another check in to let you know we are geared up and ready! Our timeline is now official and we will be celebrating y’all all day long! It will truly be the best day ever!

Delivering Content + After

The best day of your life has happened- now what?! Well, while you soak up every sweet bit of the married life- we will be hard at work! The day after your wedding, you will receive a preview of your day delivered right to you! It comes in a digital album- perfect for downloading and sharing! Within the following weeks, you will have your full album in that same digital folder. We will email you when all of your media is uploaded and complete! We will also send an additional reminder to download media to multiple places!

It will be farewell, for now, but the best part of our jobs is continuing to capture milestones for our clients. We can only hope to capture anniversary photos, announcements and all of the things that make life beautiful. No sweat though, you will always be a part of the Fipps Fam!
